Fitness Lab Geelong

This purpose-built facility has been designed in consultation with global industry leaders including elite sports practitioners, allied health professionals and sporting clubs.

Fit Labs range of health services, programs, and cutting-edge equipment will be accessible to everyone in need of rehabilitation, remedial services, and general fitness, including elite sportspeople and people of all ages and abilities in our community. 

This facility is jam packed with True Fitness pin-loaded strength equipment as well as a Hyper Fx Functional Rig with Lifting Platforms. This area also contains a massive amount of free weights, including Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells and Bumper Plates. For the ultimate in functional strength training, the Lab has also included a sled track to utilise the world-famous Torque M4 Tank.

This installation included a huge range of True Fitness Cardio equipment, consisting of True Treadmills, Alpine Runners, Ellipticals, Upright Bikes, Rowers and Recumbent Bikes.

Fit Lab also offers the Ultimate in Pilate Reformer training, with 14 of the new Merrithew MPX Essential Reformer. These Reformers come with a built in Vertical stand, Slick black finish and all the benefits you would expect from a Merrithew Reformer.
