Noni Beasley completed all her Stott Pilates training in London and was fortunate to be able to attend their studio and annual symposiums. She is also a Physiotherapist and incorporate Pilates into her exercise therapy. Pilates & Exercise Therapy really are the only studio in the Rockhampton area that provides clinical and classical Pilates. Intentionally, they keep the studio low key and informal; group sessions are restricted to seven people only, with some of the rural clients joining in on sessions via zoom.
