The Comprehensive Matwork manual provides a precise breakdown of almost 300 exercises and modifications in the STOTT PILATES® Matwork repertoire. The book covers Essential, Intermediate and Advanced levels and includes breathing, muscular emphasis and applicable variations. Modifications illustrated also show the use of small props, including the Fitness Circle® resistance ring, Flex-Band® exerciser and Arc Barrel.
