A medicine ball with a twist. With a shifting centre of sand, the Twist Ball™ challenges the user to control the moving centre of gravity throughout exercises. Soft, neoprene-covered adjustable handles allow for double- and single-handed swinging, and can be fitted over an ankle for leg lifts. Includes pump for inflating/deflating ball with removable, washable hand covers.
