Work/Fitness Balance While in Lockdown

Many can relate to the pressures of working from home due to CODIV19! Times are tough at the moment, but things will eventually get back to normal. In the meantime, here are some tips to help keep your fitness on point while at home! 
  1. Switch up your lunch routine. Squeezing in a lunchtime workout, this is a great way to break up the day and help you focus on your tasks for the afternoon.
  2. Incorporate “deskercise” into your day. If stopping altogether for a workout is impossible? Throw in some exercises while at the desk, set your self a target of 50 squats every hour, by the end of the days that is 400 squats. 
  3. Connect with a fitness-minded coworker. Use Skype or messenger to connect with a co-worker for your lunchtime workout, this is a great way to keep you accountable.
