The HyperFX Fly arms attach to the uprights of the crossfit rig. The fly arms allow 3 chin up bars to be secured to the inside up the bag arms (chin up bars are purchased seperately). With the chin up and bag arms added to the crossfit rig it provides an additional option to your functional training program.
