Pilates Nation - new Pilates studio

Located in Williams Landing, close to the office of Leisure concepts is Pilates Nation. Consisting of 2 rooms, this is a small boutique Pilates studio.

There are 2 rooms used at Pilates Nation - a Group Reformer studio consisting of 10 reformer beds and a Small Group studio that has a V2 reformer, Ladder Barrel, Stability Chair and a Full Cadillac.

In the Group reformer studio there are 10 SPX Max Reformer's which have Cardio Tramps and Jumpboard - the addition of the Cardio Tramps and Jumboards allows the programming to be expanded to include cardio and circuit pilates.
